The hospitality ministers also known as wardens serves to reflect the love of Christ by providing a welcoming environment of support, love, care, and unity for visitors, parishioners and friends to enhance their worship experience, encourage fellowship, and help build a community through expressions of gratitude, enthusiasm joy and openness.

 

What do we do?

We have various tasks and responsibilities:

1. To welcome and help parishioners at Mass, handing out the bulletins, Catholic News, helping in the offertory collection, offertory procession, and the orderly reception of Holy Communion. We also look after traffic flow on Sundays and during festive seasons.

2. To help the priests maintain order during liturgical celebrations.

3. To provide help on ad-hoc basis at the request of the parish priests.

4. To nurture spiritual growth among members through faith formation talks and retreats organised by the parish.
